1. Introduction
This Payment Policy explains how payments, payment confirmations, failed transactions, refunds, cancellations and payment-related disputes are handled on the MINLAP platform, operated by Roxonic Private Limited.
MINLAP provides an online marketplace through which customers can purchase products from participating vendors.
By placing an order on MINLAP and proceeding with payment, you agree to this Payment Policy together with the MINLAP Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Return & Exchange Policy and Shipping Policy.
2. Online Payment Only
MINLAP currently accepts online payments only for orders placed through the platform.
Cash on Delivery ("COD") is not available unless MINLAP specifically enables it for a particular product, vendor, location or promotional campaign.
Available payment methods may change from time to time based on payment-provider availability.
3. Accepted Payment Methods
Depending on availability at checkout, MINLAP may support payment methods such as:
- UPI;
- Credit cards;
- Debit cards;
- Net banking;
- Digital wallets;
- Other payment methods made available by our payment service provider.
The payment methods available to a customer will be displayed during checkout.
MINLAP does not guarantee that every payment method will be available for every order.
4. Payment Gateway
MINLAP may use third-party payment gateway and payment-processing services, including Razorpay, to process customer payments.
When you make a payment, the transaction may be processed through the applicable payment gateway, banking network, card network, UPI network or other financial institution.
The payment provider may have its own terms, conditions and privacy practices.
5. Payment Security
MINLAP takes reasonable measures to protect payment-related information.
Payment authentication and sensitive financial credentials may be processed by the applicable payment provider.
MINLAP does not intentionally collect or store sensitive authentication information such as:
- UPI PIN;
- ATM/debit card PIN;
- Credit card PIN;
- CVV;
- Complete card authentication credentials;
- Internet banking passwords.
Customers should never share such credentials with MINLAP employees, vendors, riders or customer-support personnel.
6. Order Amount
Before completing payment, MINLAP will display the applicable order amount.
The total amount may include:
- Product price;
- Quantity;
- Applicable taxes;
- Delivery charges;
- Applicable discounts;
- Promotional benefits;
- Other charges disclosed before payment.
The customer should review the final amount before confirming the transaction.
7. Product Pricing
Prices displayed on MINLAP may change from time to time.
Prices may vary based on:
- Vendor;
- Product;
- Quantity;
- Location;
- Availability;
- Promotional offers;
- Applicable taxes;
- Delivery charges.
The price displayed at checkout before payment is the amount applicable to that order, subject to correction of genuine technical or obvious pricing errors and applicable law.
8. Payment Authorization
When you click the applicable payment button and complete the payment process, you authorize the relevant payment service provider to process the transaction for the amount displayed at checkout.
MINLAP may receive confirmation from the payment provider indicating whether the transaction was:
- Successful;
- Failed;
- Pending;
- Cancelled;
- Refunded;
- Reversed.
9. Order Confirmation
A successful payment does not always mean that an order has been finally accepted.
An order is generally considered confirmed after MINLAP receives successful payment confirmation and the order is accepted for fulfilment.
MINLAP may cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because of:
- Product unavailability;
- Vendor inability to fulfil;
- Serviceability issues;
- Incorrect pricing;
- Fraud or security concerns;
- Technical errors;
- Operational limitations;
- Other circumstances permitted under applicable law.
Where a refund is applicable, it will be processed according to this Payment Policy.
10. Payment Pending
Sometimes a payment may remain in a pending state even though the customer has initiated the transaction.
Examples include:
- Bank processing delay;
- UPI processing delay;
- Payment gateway delay;
- Network interruption;
- Banking-system issues.
Customers should avoid making repeated payments immediately if the first transaction is still showing as pending.
MINLAP may wait for confirmation from the payment provider before determining the final payment status.
11. Failed Payment
If a payment fails:
- The order may not be confirmed;
- The customer may retry the payment;
- The customer may use another available payment method.
A failed payment should not normally result in a completed MINLAP order.
If the customer's account was nevertheless debited, the transaction will be reviewed with the payment provider.
12. Amount Debited but Order Not Confirmed
If money has been debited from your bank account or payment instrument but the MINLAP order has not been confirmed, please contact MINLAP support.
Customers should provide, where available:
- Customer name;
- Mobile number;
- Transaction ID;
- Payment reference number;
- Amount;
- Date and approximate time of payment;
- Screenshot or payment confirmation.
MINLAP may coordinate with the payment gateway or relevant financial institution to verify the transaction.
Where the transaction is confirmed as unsuccessful and a refund/reversal is applicable, the amount will be processed through the applicable payment channel.
13. Duplicate Payment
If the same order is accidentally paid for more than once, please contact MINLAP support immediately.
MINLAP may verify the transactions with the payment provider.
Where a duplicate payment is confirmed, the excess amount will be refunded or otherwise reversed through the appropriate payment mechanism, subject to applicable processing procedures.
14. Refunds
A refund may be applicable in circumstances including:
- Order cancellation;
- Vendor inability to fulfil;
- Product unavailability;
- Approved return/refund request;
- Approved replacement where refund is selected;
- Duplicate payment;
- Payment processing error;
- Failed transaction where funds were captured;
- Other circumstances where a refund is required under applicable law or MINLAP policy.
Refund eligibility may depend on the applicable transaction and the reason for the refund.
15. Refund Method
Where technically and legally possible, refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction.
For example:
- UPI payment → applicable UPI/payment channel;
- Card payment → applicable card/payment channel;
- Net banking → applicable banking/payment channel;
- Wallet payment → applicable wallet/payment channel.
MINLAP may use another legally permissible refund method where the original payment method cannot reasonably receive the refund.
16. Refund Processing Time
After MINLAP initiates a refund, the actual time for the money to appear in the customer's account may depend on:
- Payment gateway;
- Bank;
- Card issuer;
- UPI provider;
- Wallet provider;
- Financial institution;
- Payment-network processing.
Accordingly, MINLAP cannot guarantee the exact time required by a third-party financial institution to credit the refunded amount.
Where available, MINLAP may provide a refund reference or transaction number.
17. Cancellation and Refund
If an order is cancelled before fulfilment and a refund is applicable, MINLAP will initiate the applicable refund according to the transaction status and relevant policy.
If the order has already been processed, packed or dispatched, cancellation may not always be possible.
In such cases, the customer's rights will be determined according to the applicable MINLAP cancellation, Return & Exchange and Shipping policies and applicable law.
18. Refund for Unavailable Products
If a customer successfully pays for a product that subsequently becomes unavailable and MINLAP cannot provide the product, the affected amount will be refunded where applicable.
The refund will normally be made to the original payment method.
19. Refund for Failed Delivery
If an order cannot be delivered, the refund outcome may depend on the reason for the failed delivery.
For example, MINLAP may consider:
- Whether the customer provided the correct address;
- Whether the customer was available;
- Whether the vendor fulfilled the order;
- Whether the delivery partner attempted delivery;
- Whether the failure was caused by an operational issue;
- Whether applicable law requires a refund.
Any applicable refund will be processed according to the relevant MINLAP policies.
20. Refund for Damaged or Incorrect Products
Where a customer receives an eligible damaged, incorrect or materially different product, the customer may request a replacement or refund according to the Return & Exchange Policy.
MINLAP may request reasonable evidence, including:
- Photographs;
- Packaging photographs;
- Product photographs;
- Unboxing video, where available;
- Order information;
- Description of the issue.
Once the claim is reviewed and approved, MINLAP may arrange a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
21. Return and Refund Relationship
Payment refunds are governed by this Payment Policy, while eligibility for product returns and replacements is governed by the Return & Exchange Policy.
Approval of a return request does not necessarily mean that a refund will automatically be issued if replacement is the appropriate remedy.
Where a refund is approved, the refund will be processed according to this Payment Policy.
22. Promotional Discounts
MINLAP may provide:
- Coupons;
- Discounts;
- Promotional credits;
- Referral benefits;
- Limited-time offers;
- Vendor-specific offers.
Promotional offers may have separate conditions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional discounts do not have a cash value and cannot be withdrawn from an order as cash.
23. Coupon and Promotional Abuse
MINLAP may restrict or cancel promotional benefits where there is reasonable evidence of:
- Fraud;
- Multiple-account abuse;
- Coupon manipulation;
- Referral abuse;
- False information;
- Payment manipulation;
- Other misuse of promotional programs.
Any action will be taken subject to applicable law and the specific terms of the promotion.
24. Taxes and Invoices
Applicable taxes may be included in the final order amount as required by applicable law.
Where applicable, MINLAP or the relevant vendor may provide an invoice or tax-related document.
The entity responsible for issuing the relevant invoice may depend on the structure of the transaction and the applicable marketplace arrangement.
Customers should retain invoices and payment confirmations for their records.
25. Payment Disputes
If you believe that you have been incorrectly charged, please contact MINLAP support.

MINLAP will cooperate with legitimate payment disputes and applicable financial-network procedures.

- Transaction information;
- Account activity;
- Device information;
- Order patterns;
- Payment status;
- Suspicious activity indicators.
MINLAP may delay, decline or review a transaction where there are reasonable security or fraud concerns, subject to applicable law.
29. Payment Information and Privacy
Information collected during payment processing is handled in accordance with the MINLAP Privacy Policy.
Payment providers may independently process payment-related information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
MINLAP does not request your:
- UPI PIN;
- Card PIN;
- CVV;
- Internet banking password;
- OTP for purposes unrelated to authorized payment authentication.
Never share your payment credentials with anyone claiming to represent MINLAP.
30. Third-Party Payment Providers
Payment services may be provided through third-party providers.
These providers may include payment gateways, banks, card networks, UPI providers and other regulated or authorized payment participants.
MINLAP is not responsible for temporary outages or processing delays caused solely by a third-party financial institution or payment network, although we will reasonably assist customers in resolving transaction issues.
31. Currency
Unless otherwise specified, all prices and transactions on MINLAP are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR).

- Other circumstances outside MINLAP's reasonable control.
Customers may use another available payment method where possible.
